Retire Smart Philippines may offer paid one-on-one Clarity Calls.
Clarity Calls provide an opportunity to discuss your questions, concerns, options, and retirement-related decisions based on Mark’s personal experience and perspective.
Clarity Calls do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, immigration, medical, mental health, or other professional advice. No particular result or outcome is guaranteed.
You remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take before, during, or after a Clarity Call.
Clarity Call Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment is required when booking a Clarity Call.
You may cancel or request to reschedule a Clarity Call by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Each Clarity Call may be rescheduled one time only. Once a call has been rescheduled, additional rescheduling requests will not be accepted, and the payment will be non-refundable if you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are generally not eligible for a refund or another appointment.
If you do not attend your scheduled Clarity Call and have not provided the required notice, the payment is non-refundable.
Retire Smart Philippines may make exceptions to these policies at its discretion in genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances.
If Retire Smart Philippines must cancel a scheduled Clarity Call, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling the call or receiving a full refund.
Payments
Payments for paid services may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Retire Smart Philippines does not directly store complete credit or debit card information. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original content created for Retire Smart Philippines—including written content, guides, graphics, branding, downloadable resources, and other original materials—is owned by Retire Smart Philippines and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
